
Project Astralus is Zuharis's flagship data center campus, located in Eastern Ohio. The development combines a 3 GW behind-the-meter gas-fired power plant with a minimum of 2.5 GW of data center IT load capacity, making it one of the largest integrated power and compute developments in the United States.
Phase 1 operations are scheduled to commence in 2027.

Astralus is anchored by 3 GW of on-site gas generation, owned, operated, and dedicated entirely to the campus. Clients receive direct, reliable power with no dependency on public grid infrastructure or utility allocation timelines.

Ohio sits at the crossroads of American fiber, energy, and logistics infrastructure. Astralus occupies a site selected for its connectivity density, water access, and the regulatory and tax environment that large-scale data center operations demand.

The site has access to major long-haul fiber routes from multiple tier-one providers, with redundant high-capacity connectivity across key eastern US corridors. Multi-provider redundancy is confirmed in the area.

A dedicated water supply agreement is in place with a local utility, providing direct pipeline access to the site with capacity that scales across multiple phases of development, secured under a long-term contract.

Project Astralus qualifies for a comprehensive package of Ohio state and county incentives, including equipment tax exemptions, investment-tied tax credits, and long-term tax abatement programs.

Astralus benefits from an accelerated development schedule made possible by substantial prior permitting and site preparation work. 659 MW is targeted for 2027 deployment, with remaining phases commissionable through 2027 and 2028.
